Timesavers 32 series 1100 WRBW Deburring/Sanding/Polishing Machine

DESCRIPTION:
Multi-directional rotary brush machine, working width 43 inch, to deburr and finish edges of flat
parts on all directions in one pass, while improving the surface of the part with a random surface
finish.
This dry working machine has 4 abrasive flap brushes (RB). Executed with two abrasive belt head ( W
and W ) for pre-grinding to remove the slag and burr and for finishing. Please note that for
operation
with this machine a suitable dust extraction unit is needed.

CONFIGURATION:
Head 1: Multi Rotary Brush Head (RB)
For deburring, edge rounding and non- directional finishing
• The multi-directional rotary brush assembly is suitable for 4 brushes.
• Frequency regulated variable main motor drive with digital read-out for the brushes.
• Motorized height adjustment. To compensate for brush wear.
• Quick exchange system for easy change of the brushes.
• Delivered with initial set of 4 brushes (180 grit) with quick change system.
• Height encoder and read out carrousel of the RB head. This device shows you the height position
of the RB head on the HMI.

Heads 1 & 3: Wide abrasive belt contact roller head (W)
For deburring and finishing

• Contact roller made of special “flexible” vulcanized rubber with profiled and grooved face
making it suitable for deburring and finishing.
• Hand wheel fine adjustment for head height adjustment with a precision of 0,0005” to change
pressure or for abrasive belt thickness adjustment. The displacement can be read out on the dial
indicator.
• Quick release bolt that locks and unlocks for quick change of abrasive belts and provides rigid
support of the grinding head.
• Grinding belt tension: air operated and activated by a switch. Air tensioning automatically
compensates for belt stretch. Machine cannot be started unless belt is tensioned.
• Grinding belt tracking: a photoelectric system automatically keeps the fast revolving abrasive
belt on the head. Due to this life time of belt improves.
• Belt trimmer: handle to fine-adjust the belt head oscillation.
